Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for LatticeOcean services.
By purchasing any paid service, you agree to this policy.
1. Diagnostic Reviews
The first diagnostic review per domain is provided at no cost.
Because no payment is made, diagnostic reviews are not eligible for refunds.
We reserve the right to deny repeated or abusive submissions.
2. One-Time Paid Audits
For one-time feasibility scans:
- Payment is required before audit generation.
- Once analysis has begun, the service is considered delivered in progress.
Due to the computational and analytical nature of the service, one-time audits are non-refundable once processing begins.
If a technical failure prevents delivery, we will either:
- Re-run the analysis at no cost, or
- Issue a refund at our discretion.
3. Subscription Plans (If Applicable)
If you are on a subscription plan:
- You may cancel at any time.
- Cancellation prevents future billing.
- You retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period unless required by law.
4. Enterprise or Custom Engagements
For enterprise contracts or custom modeling engagements:
- Cancellation terms are governed by the signed agreement.
- Refund eligibility, if any, will be defined in that contract.
If no contract exists, payments for custom work are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Exceptional Refunds
We may issue refunds in cases of:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Confirmed platform malfunction preventing service delivery
Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.
6. No Performance Guarantees
LatticeOcean provides structural feasibility analysis.
We do not guarantee:
- AI citation placement
- Traffic growth
- Revenue outcomes
Refunds are not issued based on dissatisfaction with business results or AI engine behavior.
7. How to Request Cancellation or Refund Review
To request cancellation or raise a billing concern, contact:

- Your company domain
- The email used for purchase
- Invoice reference (if applicable)
We aim to respond within 3 business days.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy at any time.
Changes take effect upon publication.
Continued use of paid services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
