All audits, blueprints, and drafts are delivered digitally via:

  • Email to the submitted work address
  • Secure online dashboard access (where applicable)

No physical documents are shipped.

2. Diagnostic Review Delivery Timeline

The first diagnostic review per domain is delivered after submission.

Delivery is made to the verified work email provided during submission.

If additional validation is required, delivery timelines may extend slightly.

3. Paid Audit Delivery

For paid scans or enterprise engagements:

  • Delivery timelines are communicated before purchase
  • Audits are delivered digitally via email or secure portal access

Timelines may vary depending on scope and volume.

4. Failed Delivery

If you do not receive your diagnostic review:

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email submission.

5. Access Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing your digital audit, contact:

6. No Physical Shipping

LatticeOcean does not:

  • Ship printed reports
  • Ship physical documentation
  • Provide courier services
