Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Use a valid work email associated with a business domain
• Have authority to submit a domain for analysis

We reserve the right to refuse service to users submitting personal or disposable email addresses.

2. Diagnostic Review Policy

• The first diagnostic review per domain is complimentary.
• Additional audits for the same domain may require payment.
• We reserve the right to limit repeated submissions, abuse, or automated usage.

The diagnostic review is identical in scope and structure to the paid version. It is not a limited preview.

3. Nature of the Service

LatticeOcean provides AI citation feasibility analysis. We:

• Analyze publicly available citation data
• Model structural alignment between your page and citation clusters
• Provide execution guidance

We do not:

• Guarantee citation placement
• Guarantee ranking improvements
• Control AI engine behavior

All outputs are advisory and based on observable citation patterns at the time of analysis.

4. No Guarantee of Results

AI engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity AI, and Google Gemini operate independently. We do not control:

• Their algorithms
• Their citation logic
• Their future behavior

Structural eligibility increases likelihood but does not guarantee inclusion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems to abuse review generation
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Misrepresent domain ownership
• Submit domains you do not control or have authority to evaluate
• Use the service for unlawful purposes

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform logic, methodology, models, and generated materials are the intellectual property of LatticeOcean.

You may use generated audits and drafts for your internal business purposes. You may not:

• Resell audits
• Redistribute proprietary methodology
• Republish system-generated materials as a competing service

7. Data Usage

We analyze publicly accessible web content. We do not:

• Access private systems
• Modify your website
• Store sensitive credentials

Submitted domains and queries may be stored for internal analytics, improvement, and fraud prevention.

We do not sell customer data.

8. Payments and Billing

For paid services:

• Fees are clearly stated before purchase
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Subscription terms, if applicable, will be disclosed at purchase

Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• LatticeOcean is not liable for lost revenue, indirect damages, or consequential losses
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service at any time.

Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Abuse is detected
• Fraudulent activity is suspected

You may discontinue use at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which LatticeOcean operates.

Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
